PCFF is a community made dedicated to pretty cure, and most of all, a fan pretty cure forum! Not fan forum, FAN PRETTY CURE, as in fan made pretty cure! Whether you are the type of artist/writer that writes/draws once in a while or every 5 seconds, you'll feel welcome on this forum.
SITE ELEMENTS & FUN SPOTS
We have a couple other fun things to do on the forum. You can chat, post profile comments, post your artworks in a gallery, earn and spend virtual money (CureCoins), get fun rank rewards for being a GFC★, contests & events, precure discussion & more! While having fun, please remember to read the rules below.
★Avatars cannot be larger than 100x100px, signatures cannot be larger than 500x200px. If you need help with an avatar, please PM me (CureAngel) with the original image.
★18+ sites/fanfiction cannot be listed in our database nor posted on this forum, pretty cure has young fans as young as 12, so that does not go here. Allowing 18+ content would also be a direct violation of our forum host's TOS.
★You can only precure roleplay, as that forum is for people looking to pretty cure roleplay.
★No general 18+ content, this is a PG-13 forum, not an adult forum.
★You have to be 13+ to join, as this site is not targeted for anyone below 13, any member found below the age of 13 will be banned instantly.
★No art that wasn't made for you, and if it was made by another person, please credit, this is required.
★Do not copy site content from other users and/or general site content. If another user claims that you copied something, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE! Also, even if if it doesn't seem like it, I put a lot of time and effort into this forum, don't screw it up.
★ Do not join my site just to advertise, the adverts forum is guest friendly.
★ We must be able to advertise on your site without registering if you advertise on ours as a guest.
★ Members are not allowed to change user titles or usernames without purchasing: PCFW.BOARDS.NET/THREAD/56/CURECOIN-SHOP. You will have them reverted to normal and required to pay if you want your new username or user title back. Also, you can only change your username 5 times ( changing ONCE after registering is free and allowed). User titles are unlimited.
★ Please refrain from cursing excessively, remember the younger members, and even older members won't like it ( you never know). They are fine in a story, just try not to curse more than 5-7 times a chapter, please.
RULE BREAKING CONSEQUENCES
We have a percentage system on here, rather than a three strike ban or whatever is on other forums. A list of infractions below. When you get infraction percentage, it goes down by 10% every 4 weeks. If you get too many infractions that add up to 100%, you're out (either for 6 months or permanently).
1-5% - having a two big signature or avatar, spamming lightly
10-30% - being rude to a member, changing username/user title without paying.
40% - false information about the website and/or it's members
50% - excessive spamming
60% - excessive cursing
70% - linking to 18+ content, you get a two week ban here.
80% - posting artwork(s) you don't own or getting images off zerochan, reddit, google, deviantart and other search engines and then claiming it as your own. You get a 2 month ban.
90%/100% - POSTING 18+ CONTENT, BEING UNDER THE AGE OF 13 (PERMA BAN OR BANNED UNTIL 13), AND OTHER SERIOUS RULE BREAKS. YOU GET EITHER A 6 MONTH BAN OR A PERMA BAN.
SECOND CHANCE ACCOUNT
If you're were permabanned (not available if banned under 13), and would like a second chance, we will allow it since pretty cure forgive those who do wrong. If you get banned again, you will not be able to appeal. This site forgives and allows second chances.

Please know that you will also have to take a test and get at least a 8/10. If you fail you will have to wait another week before trying again. Also, please take this seriously.
You also get a two strike factor. What is a 'two strike factor'? That means that you can break two more rules before getting a true permanent ban. Even having a two big siggy or avi can get you banned at this point.
DISCLAIMER: not everyone is eligible for a second chance account. If the reason you were permabanned was serious, you cannot appeal.
